I would give a 5 but, the pots are so difficult to takeout the cap for fill it. Literally broke my nails, scratched the pot just to opened with a screwdriver.. The equipment is light and work fine but pot makes feel 3 Stars.

Terrible. The device burns hot and the pods do not last more than 1-2 fills. Sometimes the device will not recognize pods, so you just have to throw them away.
