The order was delivered very quickly. I appreciate the phone call of order confirmation that was made. The vaporizer works perfectly, and included a warranty card. It wasn't a necessary purchase since my old vaporizer (another Vaporesso Sky Solo Plus) stopped working, but a couple of days later miraculously began working again as if someone I live with fixed it without telling me. By that time, I had already placed my order for a new one, but I'll keep it because I love Vaporesso-this vape pen is superb!
