Never received - deceptive company

I never received my order. Customer service said sorry, they have no control over 3rd party delivery, wait 30 days, then we can refund you. No accountability, no way of tracking the shipment. Trying to figure out how this company stays in business with their ridiculous business practices. When I proved their advertisement re: 15% off first time orders was deceptive (they don't tell you in the email advertisement have to spend $75 for the discount) their response was "sorry for the confusion." Last I checked that is false advertising, and illegal. They have done nothing to remedy their defects. This company is AWFUL!
