My top tank arrived unusable.

Just out of the box I took the bottom cap off to prime the coil. When I did a squashed o-ring fell out. There was no spare o-ring of this size in the box. I contacted Innokin support via email, explained the problem, and asked where I could purchase a replacement o-ring.
This was their lame response - "Dear Valued Customer Thank you for contacting Innokin. If you expect more, please urge your vendors to request some for you from us. We'd like to send them some free accessories along with their next orders from our factory side, so that you may be able to get the needed parts from your vendors then. Thank you. Best regards, Innokin Support"
So I am stuck with a new, unusable Top Tank. Time to switch brands.

I had some major issues with the shipping. Anyway, as far as the tank is concerned, I've been searching for a long time for a low-wattage, top airflow tank. This certainly meets that criteria. The problem is most of the coils for it seem to burn out really fast. I've had the tank for less than a week and I'm already on my 4th 0.5ohm coil. I have ordered some new 1.2ohm coils and I'll see how those work out. But so far I'm not very impressed.

Im fairly new to vaping and I wanted something easy to clean and fill up, this does just that. I am wanting to try some disposables but for now this is great for my day to day vaping device.
