Dead right from the box

Wouldn't recognize one battery. One side lights up, the other is dead. Hence, it doesn't work. Total waste of money. I love to support online dealers, but with a physical store, you can test them before you walk out the door. I've found another dead one like this in a store and they gave me a good one right there. Too much trouble to try to return it when you buy it online. Total loss.

I thought the description said it had internal batteries and did not need any. Seems that you have to buy external batteries and install them. Would have been nice if that was in the product description.

Not a big fan of this one

1. No wattage lock. There is a physical slide lock switch but the you have to turn it in and off all the time. I actually got a 2nd degree burn on my leg from it while in my pocket.
2. Rubber flap cover for usb charging port comes open all the time. Annoying.
